Auction Rules

You have entered into the SCORE Auction Web Portal. The auction you will be participating in is for Charged Off Receivables as per the cover letter dated to your organization on December 12, 2025.

The rules of the auction are as follows:

  • The reserve bid for this sale is: 400 BPS (reflective of highest bid to participate in the auction)
  • The first round of the auction will last a minimum of 30-minutes and the second round of the auction (if applicable) will be a minimum of 15-minutes.
  • Each round can be extended by an additional 5-minutes relative to the last bid (e.g. a bid at the 29th minute will extend the round to 34 minutes etc. in Round 1)
  • Your organization can bid as many times as it wishes within the round – each bid must be 10 BPS higher than the next highest bid to be accepted where the current bid is less than 500. If the current bid reaches above 500 BPS, each bid must be 5 BPS higher than the next highest bid to be accepted.
  • You will see your organization’s bid along with all other bidders within each round in real-time
  • All bidders who did not qualify for subsequent rounds will have their auction credentials disabled 
    • Round 1: You must submit at least 1 bid in Round 1 to qualify for Round 2.  The auction will conclude after 1 round if there are only 2 bidders in the initial round.
    • Round 2: If there are 3 or more bidders in Round 1, only the top 2 bidders from Round 1 will qualify for the final Round 2, with the minimum reflecting the highest bid from Round 1.
  • At the auction conclusion, all participants will be notified
  • Within 1 hour of the auction conclusion, your organization must submit their highest bid in the auction on an executed Purchase Quotation irrespective of where they may have finished in the auction per the requirements indicated above.
  • The highest bid offered does not by itself reserve the sale of the offered receivables
  • The seller reserves the right to withdraw at any time the receivables offered for sale
